41 There are less bees, and green frogs than what we usually have. They baited our place the first time, said it was safe. We have chooks and horses. I locked all but one chook up, could not catch her as she was young. The baits have corn grit in them chooks love the corn. We found the uncaptured chook dead 2 days later, no visible signs of death by another animal. Our 21 year old pony has cushings disease and is prone to laminitis and colic. She's on a very strict diet, no grain, low sugar. Fa people said she would not eat it the chemicals would deter her. She went down with colic late afternoon the next day. She had black near liquid poohs after 2 days of colic, which took just over 4 weeks to come right. Vet said black poohs is dead red blood cells, so could of been poison. There was nothing else in the paddock but the FA poison.

40 We had a chicken die soon after and autopsy but the vet was in compliance of the treatment and she sprayed an ant insecticide on the chicken before the autopsy. This was before I knew what chemical was used. We noticed reduction in bees, water dragons and bush turkeys.

38 Our dogs were noticably itching more. I asked them to avoid our house yard because the dogs eat the grass occasionally and roll around in it. I requested on the consent form to stay away from our garden beds, the 30 metres from structures, and our main water supply, the tanks. All these were ignored. I saved the video files of the treating right up to the house and sheds.

36 Yes, I managed to lock up 5 of my 6 chooks the first day of spreading on property, they said it was safe and they would not touch it. 2 days later found uncaught chook dead with no physical marks as to cause of death. Our 21 year old pony came down with colic 2 days later, and then 5 weeks of black near watery manure. Was told its poisoning, black stools indicates internal bleeding. We treated her accordingly. Anything with grain in it the pony will source out, especially corn. They told us it was safe.

33 We lost our very healthy nine year old French bulldog due to organ failure. He was the healthiest frenchie we ever met, and his vets always made comments on his health. It happened out of the blue and after baiting had been done in our area. While baiting hasn’t been performed on our property we had taken him to local parks which never had any signs displayed that baiting had been conducted.

28 My french bulldog had multiple episodes of vomiting after eating the poison but it soon stopped. Our big dog had a solid 2 weeks of vomiting randomly but no tests were done as we thought she was just gulping her food. We have recently come to realise she still gulps her food but is no longer vomiting so could be coincidence but since the first treatment we refused more now nil issues.

27 Yes. All frogs dead and meat ants dead. One mound still has corn granules as they keep targeting that one as it is just outside my front gate on the driveway.

20. As I spend upward of 6 hours a day in my landscaped acre, I am extremely aware of what wildlife calls our property home. On our return from holiday, I instantly noticed a reduction in native ants. Frogs have also been impacted as with any..the smallest amount rain a chorus of frogs could usually be heard. Since one baiting for fire ants where (no fire ants exist, ever), now no frogs at all.

21. My neighbour from the adjacent street reported seeing helicopters in the days leading up to finding the dead bird. Baiting had been done (and continues to be done) in the area. I found a dead crow after the baiting had started in my area. Its eyes were open and wings were partly open.

22. After the treatment one of my cats died and another one was severely sick. Dogs vomiting for no reason.

23. Two cats have passed away since they visited our property. Organ failure. Cats have lived happily on our property for 12+ years prior to this.

25. Council reserve that borders my property. the creek is full of dead toads. I have noticed a lot of dead toads and a couple of dead birds.

24. My 4 year old healthy blue heeler died on 17th June. He had just been for his annual vet checkup and vaccination on the previous Tuesday and was given a good clean bill of health. Billy walked every morning on either the dog beach or locally around Bienvenue area…and again every afternoon. He was a very active, healthy dog at 32kg. Background: Billy vomited on Friday after a big walk on the beach at Fingal, but was otherwise happy. He was off his food on Sunday, but we had no reason to be overly concerned as he was happy and acting normally. I woke at midnight to hear a bang outside and found him delirious and really wobbly on his feet. We took him to the emergency vet at Varsity lakes at midnight who worked on him through the night….he was then transferred to the Pet ICU in Brisbane at 6am…..and died at 7pm after a series of convulsions and blood in his urine and mouth foam. His liver, pancreas and kidneys shut down. He died very suddenly and cruelly and the many tests could only tell as he had ingested a toxin - we have a safe fenced yard. He was so young and healthy ….it cost us $8500 for less than 24 hours of emergency vet care, only to lose him ….we are shattered! I can provide the laboratory results from ICU

26 We are goat breeders and we have lost 3 goats in one month, 4 healthy chickens, 2 ducks, and 1 Guinea fowl dropped dead and our American Bulldog got extremely sick, she stopped eating, kept wanting to lay down, sleeping all day, vomiting every day, it we did get her to finally eat something she would throw it back up and had extreme, diarrhoea, lethargic and lost so much weight we had to have her euthanised on the 17th September 2024.

16. We have a large veggie garden & 21 fruit trees, with a food forest & flowers, yet all our bees have disappeared. We also see & hear less birds than normal, as it usually sounds like we live in an aviry. We never had fire ants on the property, but now we don’t have any ants at all. And my cat has recently undergone emergency surgery for an infected uterus.

11. My property hasn’t been treated but we are very close to the treatment area. My beautiful steer yearling was found dead near the dam. No idea on cause. Another of my steers had no appetite for days and lost a lot of weight.

7. On Sunday AM, we noticed a lot of bees dead on the pavers underneath our hive. We had two beekeepers come to check them and both said the numbers were of concern, particularly as one was a baby bee. We removed those bees and today when I checked, there are more dead bees ... about 5, one of which is very small.

12. After the land baiting on my neighbours nature strip on the 1st of December 2023, we lost 2 beehives, they just died and then during the baiting in May 2024 in Bonogin, we lost another beehive. We haven’t lost a beehive since 2019, when there was a drought. After the land baiting and aerial baiting on the 27th/28th and 29th of May 2024, all my dogs developed diarrhoea but my chemical sensitive rescue Pomeranian developed severe diarrhoea and stopped eating, drinking and moving. We had to detox him from the poisoning and nurse him back to health.

10. horses were scared by low flying helicopter.

15. Our dog has become extremely ill since they started treatment in the area. A cancer showed up and took her life in 2 months. That being said, our dog was DNA tested and completely clear to any genetic disease and a very healthy 3yo dog until then.
